- Shop in season produce; those grown locally have a much better chance in not having a large amount of preservatives.
- Get outside; take advantage of the better weather and walk the block. Better yet, visit local parks or trails and strive to exercise daily.
- Replace your old workout shoes; many athletic shoes can have great advantages or proper arch support and proper cushion, however these same benefits can have detrimental effects if the shoes are worn or past their prime.
- Allergy proof your home; head off spring allergies by washing all blankets and linens. More dust mites are usually found in the bedroom than any other room of the house, so clean all bed sheets, comforters, blankets, etc. and make sure not to forget fan blades and curtains.
