Dr. Frentz graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine.  She completed her residency at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana.  She is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Frentz started practice in 2007 with Beacon Medical Group.  Dr. Frentz joined Family Medicine of South Bend in February 2024.

She is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.
