In an effort to increase the efficiency of handling all prescription refill requests we are asking all patients to contact their pharmacy for all refill requests.  If you are having trouble reaching your pharmacy, you can send a message through our patient portal.  You can access the patient portal through our website at www.individualcareforyou.com.  Even if you are out of refills, you can still contact your pharmacy and they will send the prescription refill request electronically to your physician.

This new process will eliminate the need for you to wait on hold to request a refill from one of our staff.  Our goal is to refill your prescription within 48 hours Monday through Friday.

All prescriptions are handled during working hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please allow 48 hours for processing. If a written prescription is needed, call before coming to the office.
