Our providers

Our physicians maintain board certification, and they’re residency-trained: Dr. John Jacobs, Dr. Scheel, Dr. Frentz and Dr. Sears completed their residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Dr. Troyer completed his residency at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Brian Jacobs trained at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital in St. Paul, MN followed by a sports medicine fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
