Dr. Hendricks grew up in Goshen, Indiana and attended college at Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania.  She earned a Masters in Public Health from Fairbanks School of Public Health at IU Indianapolis and attended medical school at IU School of Medicine in South Bend.  She completed residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.  She is board certified in Family Medicine.  She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
